You will have a one-on one meeting with a licensed architect reviewing your building needs to develop a design program. We will work with your architect to develop schematic design drawings, these will be used to further discuss your building needs. The building design evolves through preliminary design and design development and you are involved in every step to be sure your expectations are fulfilled. Complete permit and construction drawings are developed and the architect will assist in material and fixture selections. The architect will also consult with you through the building process to assure your complete satisfaction with the finished product. |
